Shipping: All prices are F.O.B. origin. Any shipping quoted is curbside and does not include lift gate, inside, residential or any other surcharges. Damages/shortages: When goods are picked up by transportation company they become property of the purchaser. Before acceptance, the extent of any damage, shortage or loss must be noted in writing on the bill of lading before you sign for the shipment. Claims for damage or loss on truck shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser (we will assist in this process).
Returned goods: Products must be returned within sixty (60) calendar days of original purchase date, otherwise no credit is allowed. Credit for returned goods will be issued in the form of a credit memo to be used towards future purchases. No refunds are allowed. Returned goods will not be accepted without a RGA number from QualArc. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and in their original shipping cartons with packing materials intact. The returned goods must arrive in original, new, sellable condition and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns become the responsibility of the purchaser and it is advised the purchaser insure them against damage with carrier selected. If returned item is damaged upon arrival back to QualArc, no credit or replacement will be due. Defective items will be replaced with an exact matching item at no additional cost. Custom orders, large quantity orders, personalized orders or orders with options will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any damages or shortages must be reported to QualArc within two (2) days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Warranty: QualArc provides one (1) year limited warranty to the original purchaser covering defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the cost of the products and does not include installation costs, transportation neglect or costs, vandalism, misuse or alterations by the customer. QualArc may repair or replace the item at its discretion. Imperfections in sand cast products are part of the natural workmanship and are not considered a defect in the product. White color will highlight imperfections in castings. Rust, corrosion, wear, and tear are not covered under warranty.
